ALMOST FREE PERFECT MINI-RETRIEVER FEMALE PUP--Miniature Retrievers and "Comfort Retrievers," are bred to have the characteristics of a Retriever--a Golden Retriever or Labrador Retriever--but are smaller. Penny looks and acts like a VERY SMART, VERY FRIENDLY, SOFT-COATED, and fuzzy Retriever puppy. She is gold with black nose, paw pads and eye rims. Penny is confident/playful/adventuresome/and VERY snuggly in personality. Both Doodle parents have great temperaments; the mom agile and very smart; the dad calm and described as "such a good boy" (sire is from Vancouver Kennel). Both parents are great family dogs and good/patient/companionable with children. Parents are GORGEOUS (Grandparents are AKC and Champions), the dam a gold/apricot & white parti; the sire, a honey-colored solid. Both parents weigh 30 pounds as adult dogs and baby Penny should be about 30 lbs. also. Both parents have excellent hips/clear & normal genetic testing results--That means Penny will be free of debilitating genetic problems as a mature dog (VERY IMPORTANT)/problems that could compromise or shorten her life. She will be low-shed & have no-doggie odor. Penny has a straighter no-maintenance coat w/ light waves and medium length. She is well-loved and well socialized for her new home. Penny will go a Guardian Home: That is, YOU can have my litter pick, for her well-pup vet care to date; I retain very limited breeding rights for one litter, and I pay Guardian Home owners for caring for Penny's litter (breeding after she is 1-year old). THIS is the pup whose characteristics I want to see in future Xanadoodle puppies. Housetraining/puppy obedience has begun.
